Each piece is carefully crafted and packed with love. However, due to the personal and delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are only accepted under the conditions outlined below.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- The item was damaged during transit
- You received the wrong item
To request an exchange, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at pruthalichindarkar@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
Please note: Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We are unable to process exchanges for the following:
- Products that have been opened, used, or worn
- Items not in their original packaging
- Exchange requests made after 48 hours from the time of delivery
Important: We strictly do not offer refunds or returns. Exchange is the only resolution provided under eligible conditions.
